Job Summary
To support a high-performance team, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Handles full lifecycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding support
- Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Builds and maintains talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate outreach
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical talent across various channels
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to competing priorities
