Job Summary

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for enterprise technology positions, the part-time Senior Technical Recruiter will identify, attract, and hire highly skilled technical professionals across various disciplines while working remotely on a 12-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and understand technical hiring needs
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and engage passive technical talent using various sourcing tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting enterprise technology professionals
  • Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
  • Experience partnering with senior technical leaders
  • Strong sourcing expertise and ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions
