Job Summary

Seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level technical roles, focusing on sourcing high-caliber talent and collaborating with Engineering leadership, with the flexibility to work remotely for a 6-month term that may extend.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Senior and Staff+ technical roles across Engineering
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive technical talent using advanced tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize the hiring process
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on Senior and Staff level Software Engineers
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively across various organizational levels
  • Expert-level sourcing capabilities utilizing creative, multi-platform strategies
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Lever or Greenhouse
  • Experience in hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity roles is a plus
