Job Summary
Seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level technical roles, focusing on sourcing high-caliber talent and collaborating with Engineering leadership, with the flexibility to work remotely for a 6-month term that may extend.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Senior and Staff+ technical roles across Engineering
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive technical talent using advanced tools and techniques
- Collaborate with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize the hiring process
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on Senior and Staff level Software Engineers
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively across various organizational levels
- Expert-level sourcing capabilities utilizing creative, multi-platform strategies
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Lever or Greenhouse
- Experience in hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity roles is a plus
