Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to work remotely, who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, and utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber candidates
- Utilize data analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders regarding talent market trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills, including software development and cybersecurity
- Experience in implementing recruiting risk controls and best practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
