Seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to work remotely, who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, and utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber candidates
  • Utilize data analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders regarding talent market trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills, including software development and cybersecurity
  • Experience in implementing recruiting risk controls and best practices
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
