Job Summary

Leading end-to-end recruitment for software sales and commercial roles, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will conduct intake meetings, source passive candidates, and partner closely with hiring managers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for software sales and commercial positions
• Develop recruiting strategies and conduct candidate assessments
• Maintain accurate ATS records and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting software sales or Go-to-Market professionals
• Strong sourcing and networking skills within technology or SaaS organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM platforms
