Job Summary

Leading recruitment efforts for specialized engineering and product management roles, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will source, attract, and hire top talent while collaborating closely with engineering and executive leadership to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and hire talent for engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, and product management roles
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through various channels
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of in-house technical recruiting experience for technical roles
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy
• Experience partnering with engineers and executives in a startup environment
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics
• A strong technical foundation to effectively discuss technical roles and requirements
