Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing technical organization, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles, collaborating with engineering leadership and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance candidate experience and optimize hiring processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize multiple technical searches across Software Engineering and related functions
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align on hiring needs and improve recruitment processes
• Source diverse and qualified talent through various outreach strategies and represent the company's brand in the market

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in hiring software engineers or technical talent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently in a contract capacity with minimal onboarding time
