Job Summary
To support the growth of engineering teams, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, collaborate with hiring managers on strategy, and enhance candidate experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches across the engineering organization, from intake to offer, while collaborating with sourcers and hiring teams
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on role definition, search strategy, and market insights

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
