Key responsibilities
- Partner with companies to expand their technical and product teams while managing recruitment across various roles
- Provide candidates with a transparent and engaging hiring experience, facilitating technical assessments and interviews
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and balance multiple urgent searches simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience specializing in technical roles such as Software Engineers and Data Scientists
- Flexibility to recruit for non-technical functions like operations and sales
- Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment processes
- Strong partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership
