To support scaling companies, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with clients to expand their technical and product teams, manage recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, and deliver an engaging candidate experience in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to build technical and product teams while managing recruitment across various roles
- Source passive candidates using advanced techniques and facilitate technical assessments and interviews
- Provide insights on hiring trends and market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience specializing in technical roles such as Software Engineers and Data Scientists
- Flexibility to recruit for non-technical functions like operations and sales
- Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment processes
- Strong partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership teams
