Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support Mozilla's global recruiting efforts, the remote contract Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source and evaluate candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle over a duration of approximately six months.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including HireEz and LinkedIn
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in the technical industry
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates effectively
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
