Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing global recruiting effort, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and source candidates for various Mozilla products in a remote setting for approximately six months.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates while managing the full cycle recruitment process
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in the technical industry
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
