Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the remote Talent Team, this full-time position will manage full cycle recruiting, create innovative sourcing strategies, and partner with key stakeholders to attract and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Data, and Product departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches and develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Influence candidate experience and quality assessment throughout the recruitment funnel
- Lead sourcing efforts to build high-quality talent pipelines using diverse channels
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or digital health company
- Proven success in building and managing sourcing pipelines
- Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse and BrightHire
