Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end recruiting process for critical technical roles, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical searches, from intake through offer negotiation and close
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional technical talent
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and recommendations on search strategy

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience in technical talent acquisition
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting in a startup or high-growth technology environment
• Experience recruiting across engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, data, and security functions
• Strong technical sourcing skills and ability to engage highly sought-after talent
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
