Job Summary
To support rapid growth, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Engineering roles, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to build targeted recruiting plans and understand role requirements
- Source passive candidates using creative strategies and maintain accurate pipelines in the ATS
Required qualifications
- Solid experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly with passive technical talent
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high-quality standards
- Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Comfort with ambiguity and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
