Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruitment process, partner with engineering hiring teams, and strategically build a strong talent pipeline while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Ann Arbor, MI or Fort Worth, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates while promoting the employer brand to build a strong talent pipeline
• Partnering with engineering teams to set recruiting strategies and achieve annual hiring goals
• Owning the full recruitment process from screening to negotiation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 6+ years in the engineering industry
• Experience hiring software engineers is required
• Solid background in direct sourcing strategies for technical talent
• Global recruiting experience, particularly in Canada, is preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse ATS
