Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support Vouch's rapid growth, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles, primarily focusing on engineering positions, while working remotely and dedicating up to 40 hours per week across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full recruiting process for a portfolio of open roles, emphasizing engineering positions
- Conduct weekly hiring manager syncs to align on priorities and keep searches on track
- Source and screen candidates, providing feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-cycle contract recruiter in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for various engineering roles
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks based on changing hiring needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates
