Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting the automotive client's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and software talent, engaging passive candidates and partnering with Hiring Managers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from Hiring Manager intake through to offer and close
- Recruit and source software, engineering, digital, and technical talent in competitive markets
- Manage multiple searches and pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS data and providing data-driven updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical, software, engineering, or digital talent
- Proven success in sourcing and closing hard-to-find, passive technical candidates
- Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Mobile, Web, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Embedded Software, or Connected Vehicle
- Strong partnership skills with Hiring Managers and ability to influence and close candidates
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and recruiting data to manage pipelines and communicate progress
