Job Summary
Owning end-to-end technical searches, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will hire exceptional engineering and AI talent globally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical searches across various disciplines including AI/ML, backend, frontend, and engineering leadership
- Develop talent maps and sourcing strategies for challenging searches in leading AI startups and technology companies
- Assess technical profiles and partner with engineering leaders to refine hiring processes and improve candidate evaluation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in hiring software engineers and technical talent
- Proven ability to independently deliver difficult technical hires through proactive headhunting
- Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines to evaluate technical profiles effectively
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Demonstrated candidate management, negotiation, and closing skills
