Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Technical Recruiting Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the technical recruiting function, manage critical technical searches, and develop a high-performing recruiting team while partnering with engineering and product leadership to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute full-lifecycle technical recruiting for engineering, data science, ML/AI, and infrastructure roles
  • Hire, coach, and mentor technical recruiters to establish a high-performance recruiting organization
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve recruiting efficiency and enhance decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on technical recruiting
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role within a recruiting function
  • Proven track record of hiring senior and staff-level engineers in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, including compensation trends and sourcing channels
  • Experience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch or significantly scaling an existing function
