Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Revenue Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply ASC 606 to complex customer arrangements and analyze contract modifications
• Review non-standard contract terms and advise on accounting implications during deal negotiations
• Support financial close processes, prepare revenue-related disclosures, and ensure compliance with SOX controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or revenue accounting at a public technology company
• Ability to interpret and document ASC 606 conclusions, including drafting technical accounting memos
• Experience analyzing complex customer contracts involving hardware and software components
