Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Technical Specialists, the full-time Senior Technical Sales Manager will drive customer value, technical validation, and revenue growth for Autodesk Fusion while aligning technical sales strategy with account priorities and sales forecasts in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, and lead a team of Technical Specialists to achieve sales targets
- Own the technical sales strategy and ensure alignment with account priorities and deal motions
- Align technical sales insights with sales forecasts to support predictable pipeline execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles within SaaS or enterprise software
- 5+ years of people management experience leading senior individual contributors or managers
- Experience aligning technical sales strategy with revenue goals and forecast accuracy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into solutions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive audiences
