Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Technical Specialists, the full-time Senior Technical Sales Manager will drive customer value, technical validation, and revenue growth for Autodesk Fusion while aligning technical sales strategy with account priorities and sales forecasts in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coach, and lead a team of Technical Specialists to achieve sales targets
  • Own the technical sales strategy and ensure alignment with account priorities and deal motions
  • Align technical sales insights with sales forecasts to support predictable pipeline execution
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles within SaaS or enterprise software
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading senior individual contributors or managers
  • Experience aligning technical sales strategy with revenue goals and forecast accuracy
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into solutions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive audiences
