Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Senior Technical Sales Enablement Manager will design and scale technical enablement programs, enhance onboarding for Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers, and collaborate across departments to drive measurable business impact in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and improve technical enablement initiatives aligned with business goals
- Own the technical onboarding process to ensure new hires achieve full productivity quickly
- Act as a strategic connector between technical and non-technical teams to enhance product launch effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, or technical enablement role within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable technical training programs
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and executing on tight timelines
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions independently
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and a solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles
