Senior Technical Service Representative

Job Summary

Partnering with the Industrial Sales team, the full-time Senior Technical Service Representative will drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth, provide customer service support, and apply technical knowledge to consult with clients on transportation and disposal options in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes
• Process profiles, contracts, and billing inquiries while maintaining customer relationships through active account management
• Train and mentor new and existing Technical Service Representatives and Industrial Sales Coordinators

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 3 years of industry experience (in addition to education requirement)
• Applicable regulatory training
