Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and sales support for gas equipment products, including generating sales quotations and troubleshooting
• Conduct product training for internal and external audiences, and evaluate product changes and custom designs
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate order entry and manage product returns

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in gas pressure and flow control equipment or related fields
• Associates (2-yr) degree in a technical field
• Experience reading electrical or mechanical schematics
• Working knowledge of ERP systems related to inventory and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
