Senior Technical ServiceNow Analyst

Job Summary

To drive requirements definition and solution design across federal government accounts, the full-time Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will facilitate workshops, convert complex mission objectives into scalable ServiceNow implementations, and ensure compliance with federal standards while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client-facing workshops to analyze and document business requirements aligned with agency objectives
• Convert mission-level needs into user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Own backlog quality by reviewing user stories for completeness and ensuring adherence to the Definition of Ready

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrable experience supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
