Job Summary
Driving requirements definition and solution design for federal government accounts, the full-time Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will facilitate client workshops, convert mission objectives into user stories, and ensure compliance with federal standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate client-facing workshops to document business requirements aligned with agency objectives
- Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Perform gap assessments of legacy workflows against ServiceNow capabilities to inform implementation decisions
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret-level security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
