Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive requirements definition and solution design across federal government accounts, the full-time Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will facilitate workshops, convert mission-level needs into user stories, and perform gap assessments, all while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client-facing workshops to analyze and document business requirements in alignment with agency objectives
• Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Conduct gap assessments comparing legacy workflows against ServiceNow capabilities to inform build vs. configure decisions

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrable background supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED
