Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

Driving requirements definition and solution design for federal government accounts, the full-time Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will facilitate client workshops, convert mission objectives into detailed specifications, and ensure compliance with federal standards while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client-facing workshops to analyze and document business requirements aligned with agency objectives
• Convert mission-level needs into user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Conduct gap assessments and mentor junior analysts on federal domain context and ServiceNow best practices

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret-level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
