Senior Technical Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intermediary technical support via phone, email, or workflow applications for installation and service requests
• Complete hardware repair and programming for PC-based systems, including customer specifications
• Create, update, and maintain department resources and customer databases

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of help desk support experience
• 1 year of experience in the low voltage, security, and surveillance industry
• Intermediate networking and hardware knowledge; CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
