Job Summary

Providing intermediary technical support remotely, the full-time hourly Senior Technical Services Representative will assist internal and external personnel with security technology issues, perform hardware repairs, and maintain departmental resources and databases.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support via phone, email, or workflow applications for installation and service requests
  • Complete hardware repairs and programming for PC-based systems while ensuring customer configurations are validated
  • Create and maintain departmental resources and customer databases, documenting support activities and system information
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of help desk support experience
  • 1 year of experience in the low voltage, security, and surveillance industry
  • Intermediate networking and hardware knowledge; CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems
