Senior Technical SME - Database Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Database & Middleware Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on database systems and middleware platforms to the DMS Product Owner and stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer organizations to facilitate issue resolution and technical alignment
• Lead technical analysis and root cause investigations for production incidents affecting database and middleware systems

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• 12+ years of experience managing enterprise database systems across multiple platforms
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise middleware technologies
• 7+ years of experience in data center operations, including knowledge of server infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments
• Proven experience serving as a technical SME on large-scale enterprise systems
