Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Providing solutions for the existing HCM client base, the full-time Senior Technical Solutions Consultant will scope, document, develop, test, and deliver custom SAS programs while ensuring timely project completion and effective communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, document, configure, test, and deliver custom SAS programs to meet client requirements
• Gather user requirements and prepare detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents
• Manage project workflow and coordinate resources to ensure successful project completion

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developer, or similar role
• Background in SAS programming language analysis or development
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and XSLT
• Specific knowledge and experience working with SQL Server databases
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business is preferred
