Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer (Senior).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure within enterprise environments
• Assist in implementing and troubleshooting solutions that align with project goals and compliance requirements
• Support ongoing system maintenance, documentation, and updates across various platforms and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT systems support, solutions implementation, or systems administration
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Cloud+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud environments and IT service management practices is beneficial
