Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To drive platform adoption and deliver measurable customer outcomes, the remote Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical expert in customer engagements, providing onboarding assistance, developing technical solutions, and delivering customer training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customers achieve full production readiness
• Participate in solution workshops to identify customer requirements and develop prescriptive technical strategies
• Develop Python scripts for data integration and maintain product integration scripts to support customer use cases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and experience with at least one additional programming language
• Experience with data manipulation and developing REST APIs or custom scripts
• Proven experience in an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC space
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a passion for solving customer problems
