Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning complex infrastructure escalations, the full-time Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will troubleshoot customer issues, analyze usage patterns to enhance product adoption, and collaborate with engineering and product teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Debug issues across HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 flows, including DNS resolution and TLS handshakes
• Investigate latency shifts and anomalies in traffic data, proactively addressing potential churn
• Automate repetitive tasks and convert investigations into reusable documentation and workflows

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy flows over TCP/UDP
• Strong grasp of DNS resolution paths and TLS negotiation mechanics
• Proficient in ClickHouse SQL with experience handling large traffic datasets
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment and managing production incidents
• Self-motivated with strong written and spoken English skills
