Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will design and implement end-to-end solutions, serving as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and customer teams while engaging in web and backend service development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers
• Implement new solutions across web applications, data flow, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS preferred
• Highly versatile technical skill set including front end web development, APIs, cloud, and databases
• Experience in software development, web applications development, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
