Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Proactively source for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on engineering and product organizations
• Execute creative outreach strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experience from source to close

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
• Ability to align talent strategy with business goals as a trusted partner to hiring managers
• Experience in building diverse talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates
• Data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness
• Experience working in early- or mid-stage startups is preferred
