Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Sourcer to join their Talent Team on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple technical disciplines
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on sourcing strategies and role requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Proven success in building pipelines for engineering, data, or product roles
• Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach
• Creativity and persistence in finding talent through various sourcing channels
• A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
