Key Responsibilities

• Execute deep-dive sourcing to identify passive specialists in niche technical domains
• Engage elite talent with tailored outreach that highlights the company's unique culture and progress
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate personas and develop talent maps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, particularly in AI, robotics, or robotics engineering
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical recruiting or research
• Proven ability to uncover niche talent through investigative sourcing methods
• Deep proficiency with advanced sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub and specialized communities
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for managing talent maps and tracking pipeline health
