Senior Technical Sourcer

Job Summary

To support the Aircraft division's rapid scaling, the contract Senior Technical Sourcer will work remotely to develop sourcing strategies, engage with specialized talent, and build candidate pipelines for complex hardware/software roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of funnel by partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and sourcing strategies
• Map the market to identify talent landscapes and hidden talent pools relevant to aerospace and defense
• Generate and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and maintain relationships with high-value candidates

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of cross-regional sourcing experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries
• Proven track record in market mapping and candidate generation for specialized technical roles
• Deep expertise in Boolean search and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ
• Experience building relationships with passive and niche engineering talent
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
