Senior Technical Sourcer
Job Summary
To support specialized hiring in motorsports and performance automotive, the full-time salaried Senior Technical Sourcer will proactively source and engage niche talent, assess candidate fit, and build strong talent pipelines in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across specialized automotive and engineering markets
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate fit and advocate for top talent to recruiters and stakeholders
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience in motorsports, performance automotive, or high-performance engineering strongly preferred
- Proven success in sourcing technical and specialized automotive talent
- Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
