Key responsibilities
- Directly source a rich pipeline of technical talent, focusing initially on Research roles
- Collaborate with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies
- Manage and improve the recruiting process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on sourcing technical talent, preferably PhD or research candidates
- Proven contributions to team-level recruiting processes and institutional knowledge
- Strong desire to work with diverse, highly skilled teams
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States
