Job Summary
Data-driven and creative, the full-time Senior Technical Sourcer will develop talent pipelines and implement sourcing strategies while collaborating with recruiters and HR partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and HR leaders to build collaborative relationships and sourcing strategies for niche and diverse talent
- Utilize data insights to report on sourcing activities and influence business leaders through data-driven storytelling
- Lead skill-based sourcing sessions and create personalized candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of sourcing experience
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
- Ability to leverage data for decision-making and storytelling
- Proficiency in project management, including time management and delegation skills
