Senior Technical Sourcer
Job Summary
To support complex technical hiring needs, the full-time Senior Technical Sourcer will develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized technology roles, partnering with recruiters and engineering leaders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex roles in software development, platform engineering, and AI
- Partner with recruiters to translate technical requirements into candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
- Conduct candidate conversations and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional sourcing or recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on technical talent
- Experience sourcing senior technical talent for greenfield development and modernization projects
- Working knowledge of modern software development and technical domains such as cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Advanced experience with technical sourcing methods, including Boolean search and talent mapping
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical profiles and manage complex sourcing work independently
