Senior Technical Sourcer with TS/SCI Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to lead sourcing efforts for high-clearance, mission-critical roles supporting national security and defense programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly cleared technical professionals
• Leverage advanced sourcing tools and techniques to build and maintain pipelines of cleared talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and support proposal recruiting efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on cleared technical roles
• Proven success sourcing candidates with active TS/SCI and polygraph clearances
• Deep knowledge of sourcing cleared professionals in the DoD and IC contracting landscape
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
• Understanding of government compliance regulations related to recruiting practices
