Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, participating in product development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for training and internal stakeholders, coordinating all stages of project development

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading project-focused initiatives in a cross-functional matrix
• Knowledge of project management and experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of data structures and experience with KQL/Python/Spark preferred
