Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Senior Technical Specialist is a full-time position responsible for coordinating project scope and technical direction within the Coordination of Benefits team, managing project deliverables, and performing quality assurance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, participating in product development and operational UAT sessions
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful completion of projects according to objectives and deadlines
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience leading project-focused initiatives in a cross-functional matrix
• Knowledge of IT applications and medical claims processing
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with SQL, Python, or Spark is a plus
