Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with various internal teams, the full-time Senior Technical Specialist will manage the intake, development, and deployment of Business Rules for RCA's platform applications while ensuring alignment with operational needs and driving continuous improvement through data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop rule logic for integration into the Business Rules Management System (BRMS) and conduct testing and validation of rules
• Act as a liaison between operations and the BRMS Center of Excellence, maintaining documentation and performing impact analysis for business rules
• Identify technical limitations and recommend corrective actions to improve rule effectiveness and operational scalability

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with complex business rules
• Basic coding skills in SQL, Java, or similar programming languages
• Experience analyzing large datasets and auditing payment inaccuracies
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Access, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
