Senior Technical Staff - AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff with a focus on AI experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accelerate development and time-to-market by leveraging AI-assisted coding capabilities and "vibe coding" practices
• Introduce, promote, and continuously improve AI-powered productivity enhancements across the engineering team
• Develop and deploy key EHR platform components, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Proficient in at least one (preferably two) of the following languages: Java, C/C++, or Golang
• Demonstrated experience using AI-based IDEs and integrating AI-assisted coding into development workflows
• Strong understanding of core CS concepts (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems)
